Notes:

1. Parents are requested to pay the fees within the first fortnight of the quarter and the last date for payment of fees for each quarter is 15th of April/ July/ October/ January.
2. In case the fee is not deposited within scheduled time, a late fee of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged.
3. In case the fees is not deposited within 2 months, the name of the ward would be struck off from the school register, and to retain the ward in the school, re-admission fees will have to be deposited along with all pending dues.
4. Cheque will be accepted till only the scheduled time.
5. If a cheque returns unpaid, only cash fee will be accepted along with a penalty of Rs. 500/-
6. Kindly send Pay order/Demand drafts in favour of Greater Valley School payable at New Delhi for outstations.
7. Timings for depositing fees 9.00 am to 2.00 pm on all working days.
